All inspections meet or exceed the standards of practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Boardman Home Inspection performs educational inspections, as you walk through the inspection with David, a professional ASHI certified home inspector, you will receive valuable information regarding the operation and maintenance of your home as well as have the opportunity to ask and have questions answered. Home inspections are non-evasive. This means the inspector will not destroy anything or do major dis-assembly of any home system. However, access panels and doors are routinely uncovered. A home inspection will include all visible components of the home in a easy to read custom report with digital pictures. We receive comments on the quality and detail of the inspection reports.
