The use of infrared imagery has the ability to locate defects that otherwise would be invisible to the eye. The infrared camera is able to detect water damage of all types, heat loss or gain from missing insulation, plumbing leaks, ect. Infrared imaging can also locate radiant floor and ceiling heat pipes or wiring showing any leaks or defeccts otherwise unlikely to be seen.
